Abstract:The ball milling process is optimized. The effects of ball type, material, diameter, speed of ball mill and ball milling time on the magnetic properties and particle size distribution of permanent ferrite were studied, The results show that the magnetic properties (Br, Hcb, Hcj) of the products obtained by ball milling with ball bearings are better than those obtained by ball milling of alloy steels. Choose 6mm and 4. 8mm bearing steel ball according to the ratio of 4 to 6, and select the ball mill speed as 22r/min, ball milling 10h, the obtained slurry has the best magnetic properties, and the slurry size distribution is good.
