Abstract：Rare earth has the property of resources, the function of elements and the extension of application function. Rare earth element is a new kind of special functional material, which has many physical phenomena, such as magnetism, electricity, light and so on. How will the development of rare earth elements and wide application fields expand function of the depth of integration, to firmly establish and implement the development of the concept of innovation, harmony, green, open, sharing, the use of the Internet thinking, and promote the “rare earth +"” action to promote research with a combination of upstream and downstream collaborative innovation, adding new impetus for the national economic development.
