Abstract:Taking typical mixing ratio of iron base powder products as an example, the performance and quality of the finished product produced by these two kinds of mixing methods were studied and compared. It shows that they all have some advantages- bonding mixed powder with high bond strength, good flow rate, less dust, and good lubrication performance, directly mixed powder with short process high efficiency and less metal loss. The alloy composition segregation degree of finished goods by these two methods is basically the same, and apparent density, together with the suppression performance of that is close.
