Abstract:Abstract: Nb47Ti alloy is a kind of superconducting material with good mechanical properties, excellent plasticity and toughness. Because of its high flux pinning strength and critical current density and good processability, it has become the fastest growing and most widely used cryogenic superconducting alloy material in recent years, and is currently playing a leading role in the field of superconducting applications. In this paper, the processing technology of small size Nb47Ti rod suitable for superconducting composite wire is developed through the study of the technology of rotary forging, type rolling and vacuum heat treatment.
