Abstract：This paper through material analysis and combined site conditions, using“rotary kiln、secondary combustion chamber、quench tower、semi-dry process、two-stage dry process”disposal process for a county hazardous waste disposal and transformation project, this disposal process Solved the problem of local hazardous waste disposal and met the standard discharge。At the same time, this paper analyzes the status and development trend of the hazardous waste disposal industry，and this industry will welcome in a good development opportunity。
