Abstract：In this paper, through the analysis of vanadium alloy Al - V is a binary alloy phase diagram and alloy phase, combined with SEM test, from the micro crystal structure of the alloy, alloy under the molten state in the process of the phase composition and the corresponding condensing crystals form in each phase, simple analysis application characteristics of various brands of vanadium alloy shows AlV65 relatively superior performance, will be the future application of the mainstream.
