Abstract:Al-50si alloy was prepared by high frequency induction furnace melting. The as-cast structure of Al-50si obtained under different parameters was analyzed by SEM-EDS. Experimental results show that When the melting temperature is 1350℃ and refining once with 5g C2Cl6,the cast structure is better, With the decrease of temperature increases the solubility of the gas, the gas is much easier to escape from the liquid ;As the amount of refiner increases, the pores will become larger Because the metal liquid will be sucked into the new gas when refining, it may also accumulate the pores in the metal liquid. The existence of casting porosity reduces the thermal conductivity of the material, and the increase of porosity increases the linear expansion coefficient of the material.
