Abstract:In order to tackle the problem of material selection for metal film composite plates, the composition and microstructure of the Pomeranian alloy film were studied by means of electron probe and autobiographic microscope, and electrochemical technology was used. Electrochemical corrosion behavior of Mohejin in neutral sodium chloride solution with a concentration of 2.4 mol/L was considered by the immersion method. Corrosion products and corrosion morphology were examined using SEM and EDS. The results showed that: Pomerone alloy film grain size 8, the tissue is austenite, The corrosion types are local corrosion, mainly intercrystalline corrosion and point corrosion; Corrosion is dominated by the electrochemical reaction of the anode, and the corrosion speed is controlled at 10-7 to 10-6A / cm2. Corrosion film and obvious passivation film was not found, and the corrosion resistance is a good thing that. With the extension of time, the corrosion behavior and corrosion mechanism were not intended to change.
