Abstract：Through surveying the current situation of new energy vehicles, investigating their development trend and the characteristics, as well as to the 2019 new energy auto power battery industry data investigation, the writer are trying to summary combing battery technology bottleneck problems in the new energy vehicles development, and to analyze the root cause of the new energy vehicle safety accident, and then to propose management requirements about the power battery system security protection on the designing, manufacturing, production quality controlling. In order to help new energy automobile power battery technology continuous developing in the future, the writer expect for providing good Suggestions to solve the technical bottleneck.
