Abstract：With the increasing requirements of sintering Nd-Fe-B technology and saving capital, the production process and equipment must be constantly innovated and improved. This paper introduces the new technology in the production of NdFeB sintered magnet with high performance in recent years, including: continuous hydrogen crushing, dry bag isostatic pressing, diamond wire cutting magnet before sintering and new continuous sintering furnace. These new technology equipment greatly improve the production efficiency and energy saving and emission reduction. With the promotion of these new equipment, China will achieve high efficiency and high quality production mode as soon as possible.
