Abstract:Abastract: This paper discusses the influence of the difference of nozzle hardness, machining method and structure on the apparent quality of FeCuNbSiB nanocrystalline ribbon. The results show that the hardness of the nozzle material directly affects the severity of scratches on ribbon surface. machining method of the nozzle affects the edge accuracy of slit, affecting the ribbon thickness consistency, especially on the ribbon edge thickness. Nozzle structure is also an important factor directly affecting the surface quality of the ribbon, especially on the thickness consistency. Therefore, according to the ribbon surface quality requirements, the need to choose the appropriate nozzle machining process.
