Abstract:Abstract:According to the individual needs of users, the optimal production control method is determined by studying the working principle of the whole plate printer and orthogonal experiment. Research showed that: the pressure of dip roll, transfer roll and the fluid flow had played a key role for high speed printing line.Through orthogonal experiment, the control measures on printing line on the surface of electrolytic tinplate are put forward.The line speed achieved 470 mpm beyond the BAOWU and JFE GROUP.
