Abstract:Ti-22Al-25Nb alloy of φ400mm large-bar was produced by three-dimensional reversing forging process, the limit deformation of three-dimensional reversing forging is studied;the difference of the microstructure and mechanical properties of the bar produced by different times of three-dimensional reversing forging in the B2+α2+O three phase zone is analyzed. The results show that :the limit deformation of Tab.3 Room temperature tensile properties of Ti-22Al-25Nb alloy bar after three three-dimension reversing forging reversing forging is 50%;when the number of three-dimensional reversing forging reaches 3 after forging in B2+α2+O three phase zone, the Ti-22Al-25Nb alloy of φ400mm large-bar can be prepared with good microstructure uniformity、excellent mechanical properties and flaw detection result.
