Abstract:This article obtained AgCuTi foil like brazing materials using Powder method and Pack-rolled method respectively, and used two types of AgCuTi foil materials for vacuum brazing of ZrO2 and TC4. The influence of the preparation process of AgCuTi active brazing materials on their welding characteristics was studied. The results showed that due to the rich TiCu particles in the powder method, they were more evenly dispersed in the matrix. During the brazing process, the reaction of the brazing materials was more thorough and uniform, and the concentration gradient of Ti element formed was also smoother, The overall brazing performance is better than that of the Pack-rolled method, with a shear strength of about twice that of the Pack-rolled method, reaching over 60MPa.
