摘要

对球磨工艺进行了优化,分别研究了球磨用钢球种类、材质、直径大小、球磨机转速以及球磨时间对永磁铁氧体磁性能和料浆粒度分布的影响,结果表明,使用轴承钢球球磨所得产品的磁性能(Br,Hcb,Hcj)明显好于合金钢球球磨所得产品的磁性能。选择6mm与4. 8mm轴承钢球按照4∶6的比例配比,并将球磨机转速选定为22r/min,球磨10h,所获得的料浆磁性能最好,料浆粒度分布好。

Abstract

The ball milling process is optimized. The effects of ball type, material, diameter, speed of ball mill and ball milling time on the magnetic properties and particle size distribution of permanent ferrite were studied, The results show that the magnetic properties (Br, Hcb, Hcj) of the products obtained by ball milling with ball bearings are better than those obtained by ball milling of alloy steels. Choose 6mm and 4. 8mm bearing steel ball according to the ratio of 4 to 6, and select the ball mill speed as 22r/min, ball milling 10h, the obtained slurry has the best magnetic properties, and the slurry size distribution is good.
