Abstract:Abstract:The pipeline design and selection of vacuum inert gas atomization pulverizing equipment is related to
the stability of process control. As to the pipeline design and selection of vacuum inert gas atomization system, first
the gas flow should be determined, and then the reasonable current speed should be selected. This is directly determines
the pipeline size, pressure loss and tail exhaust fan selection. For the pipeline design with the maximum gas
flow at 1 200 Nm3/h, the current speed at 20 m/s, the configuration of DN150 is suitable for the powder collection
and exhaust demand of the system. Choosing the pipe diameter larger than the calculated value or expanding the
pipe diameter is conducive to the discharge of gas, but this will increase the cost of materials and accessories. If the
pipeline have a reducing of diameter, it will form a function similar to the throttle valve, the gas flow will be reduced,
so it should be avoided.
