Study of the Ten Thousand Tons Level Fe-Based Amorphous Alloy Raw Material Industrialization

Abstract:The bottom blowing electroslag induction furnace and the vacuum induction ladle refining furnace were studied for ten thousand tons level Fe-based amorphous alloy raw material supply problems. The results show that using 2 sets of 2 tons level bottom blowing electroslag induction furnace for melting and refining, 1 sets of 4 tons level vacuum induction ladle refining furnace for secondary refining can ensure the composition precision of Fe-based amorphous alloy and its production capacity can meet the ten thousand tons level Fe-based amorphous alloy production.
