Abstract:The effective black on titanium alloy surface were makd by the Na3PO4- KF- HF solution system of TC4 titanium alloy surface conversion coating treatment. The conversion coating surface morphology and composition were analyzed using SEM, EDS and XRD.To study the acid pickling of Na3PO4- KF- HF solution system transformation of TC4 titanium alloy surface film deals with the influence of film to put on weight, and to compare the before and after the film coating adhesion, the results show that the mixed solution of phosphate, fluoride treatment significantly improved its sample surface coating adhesion.
