Abstract:Nitinol shape memory alloy is used widely in biomedical science because of its excellent mechanical and biomedical properties. Domestic and foreign researchers made lots of studies about the radial support force, biocompatibility and fatigue performance of NiTi vascular stent. It is shown that NiTi stent is one of most promosing medical devices better than others. There are more and more finite analysis and hemmodynamics simulation on NiTi vascular stent with the development of computer simulation technology. These researches verify the safety and efficacy of stent design,and also play a positive role in support of it.
