Abstract:The effects of particle size and copper- coated graphite content on properties of the Cu/copper- coated graphite compose were studied. The results show that in Cu/copper- coated graphite composite, the larger particles have a higher electrical conductivity than the smaller particles, and the smaller particles shows well friction and wear behaviors. No matter what kind of particle size, the composite with 9% graphite had the best comprehensive properties.
