摘要电镀前对工件抛光处理,在碳钢表面电镀硬铬,考察镀前阳极刻蚀对不同粗糙度基体镀铬层耐蚀性能的影响,通过分析镀层的厚度、硬度、孔隙率和镀层耐盐雾试验能力来表征镀层综合性能。实验结果表明:碳钢基体粗糙度在小于0.20 μm且经阳极刻蚀的条件下,硬铬镀层的综合性能满足工艺要求,具有良好的耐蚀性,可达到NSS 200 h 10级水平。
Abstract:The workpiece is polished by the different mesh belt before plating, hard chromium was electrodeposited on the surface of carbon steel. The effect of anodic etching on the corrosion resistance of chromium coating with different substrate roughness was investigated. The comprehensive properties of the coating were characterized by analyzing the thickness, hardness, porosity and salt spray test ability of the coating. Experimental results show that when the surface roughness of carbon steel is less than 0.20 μm and under the condition of reverse etching,the technical requirements were satisfied by the comprehensive properties of hard chromium coating, and the hard chromium layer has good corrosion resistance, the ability of salt spray test was improved to 10 levels by the 200 h test of NSS.
