Abstract:The effects of melting processes on Mg content in La1. 8Mg0. 2Ni3. 4Co0. 1 alloy are investigated. The content of Mg in the alloy is redusing with increasing of melting process time. After 1. 5 min high temperature melting process at 1400 ℃, composition of the alloy is well corresponded with designed value.
