Abstract:Strontium ferrite permanent magnetic nanocomposite bilayer films SrFe12O19/α-Fe were studied by a three-dimensional software OOMMF. The results show that when fixing the hard magnetic phase thickness as 10 nm, 15nm and 20nm,with the increasing of the thickness of soft phase, the remanence increases, caculated (BH)max reaches the peak value 165.57 kJ/m3,136.39 kJ/m3 and 117.32 kJ/m3 , when Ls equals 5nm,6nm and 6nm, respectively, which is 3~4 times of (BH)max (40 kJ/m3) of single phase strontium ferrite . The results also show that when the soft magnetic phase thickness is the same, the remanence and the maximum magnetic energy product decrease, and the coercivity slightly increases with the increasing of the thickness of hard phase. The optimal (BH)max is obtained when the thickness of the hard magnetic phase is 10nm.The magnetic moment reversal process exhibits different characteristics as the thickness of the hard magnetic phase changes.
