Abstract:In order to solve the problem of poor stability of traditional electrolyte membrane in all solid state lithium battery, this paper proposes a preparation method of thermally crosslinkable polymer electrolyte membrane for all solid state lithium battery of electric vehicle. 2-mercaptobenzoxazole, 5-sodium sulfonate dihydrate 2-mercaptobenzimidazole complex, etc. are used as raw materials for preparation, toluene, dimethylformamide, etc. are used as preparation reagents, thermogravimetric analyzer, universal material testing machine and other preparation instruments are used to prepare all solid state lithium battery thermosetting polymer, and thermosetting polymer is used to prepare electrolyte membrane. The performance of the electrolyte membrane prepared in this paper is verified by comparative experiments. The experimental results show that the electrolyte membrane prepared by this method has smaller ion exchange capacity and higher proton conductivity, indicating that the preparation method has better stability.
