Abstract:FePCrC coating was prepared by high velocity arc spraying machine with phosphorus- containing metal cored wire. The microstructure of the coating was analyzed. The results show that the coating has a typical lamellar structure with a lower porosity of 3.92% and a higher density, and the main phases in the coating are Fe- Cr, Cr7C3 and FePO4. In addition, the microscopic heterogeneity coefficient KCMH was introduced to analyze the microscopic inhomogeneity of the chemical composition of the coating. And the KCMH was calculated to be 0.021 7, which indicates that the coating is uniform.
