Abstract:The titanium plate as the skeleton of the catalyst and phosphate and PVA as additives were selected. The preparing of the catalyst used the manner, which firstly preparing a titanium oxide coating on the surface of the titanium plate and impregnating the active ingredient. By examining the additive amount of phosphate and PVA affects the coating BET value and abrasion resistant, select the optimal addition amount. Then, the performance of the catalyst was examined by BET and the imitating the flue gas denitrification test. When O2 content(mass fraction) in the flue gas were maintained at about 5%, the catalyst denitrification efficiency is higher than 90% between 350~450 ℃.
