Abstract:SmCo5 nanocrystalline permanent magnets were prepared by amorphous solid crystallization. The effects of annealing temperature, holding time and magnetic field on the structure as well as magnetic properties of SmCo5 permanent magnet materials were investigated. It is found that the magnetic properties of the samples treated at 500℃ are better than those of non magnetic field heat treatment samples, and the coercivity increases by 46. 24kA/m and the remanence increases by 170. 18×103 A/m. When the annealing temperature is 700℃, the coercivity reaches 1334. 8kA/m and the remanence reaches a maximum value of 607. 45×103 A/m. In addition, at the same heat treatment temperature, prolonging the holding time can also improve the crystallinity of SmCo5 magnets, and thus improve the magnetic properties of the magnets.
