Abstract:In order to study the optimum technology of laser brazing between DC54D+ZF45/45 galvanized sheet and H420LAD+Z high strength sheet, 4 kW fiber laser was used to weld 0.7mm galvanized sheet and 0.7mm high strength sheet for automobile. The effects of defocusing amount, laser power, wire feeding speed and welding speed on weld formation and strength were obtained. The results show that when the laser power is P:3.5kW, the defocus is 45mm, the welding speed is Vw:1.6m/min, the wire feeding speed is Vf:3.2m/min, and the butt gap is 0.4mm, the welding seam reaches the best and the strength is higher than that of the base metal and meets the national standard B.
