Abstract:This paper mainly studies the change law of magnetic properties of 00Cr12MoS soft magnetic stainless steel used in automotive fuel injection systems. Remagraph C-500 magnetic property testing equipment is used to measure the magnetic properties of 00Cr12MoS at different heat treatment temperatures, such as coercivity, maximum permeability, and remanence. The energy parameters are detected, and the influence of different temperatures on the magnetic performance parameters is analyzed. The research results show that the coercivity of the 00Cr12MoS material is relatively stable when the heating temperature is 700-850 ℃, and the maximum permeability is the best at 750-850 ℃. Through metallographic observation, when the heating temperature reaches 800 ℃, the grains grow to a certain extent. and uniform. Combined with the coercivity, maximum permeability and other parameters and the analysis of the metallographic structure, the 00Cr12MoS material has the characteristics of low coercivity and high permeability under the high temperature annealing state of 800 ℃, and can be used as the magnetic property heat treatment process of the material.
