Abstract:The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure, magnetic properties and mechanical properties of Fe-Co-2V-0.05Nb soft magnetic alloy were studied by tensile testing machine, optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results show that with the increase of heat treatment temperature from 650℃ to 860℃, the texture formed after cold rolling gradually disappears, the grain size gradually becomes larger, the mechanical properties of the alloy gradually decrease and the magnetic properties gradually increase. The alloy has the best comprehensive properties after heat treatment at 860℃, with coercivity of 35.6A/m, magnetic induction strength B8000 of 2.362T and tensile strength of 432MPa. When the heat treatment temperature increases to 900℃, a large number of entangled dislocations appear in the alloy. The relationship between alloy properties and heat treatment temperature is different from that before 860℃.
