Abstract:The effect of powder on the uniformity of molybdenum copper alloy with high copper content was
studied from the perspective of powder selection. Comparing the parameters of the selected powder, including
particle size, particle size distribution and micro morphology. The uniformity of molybdenum copper alloys pre‐
pared by different powders under the same process is compared, including ultrasonic flaw detection results, cop‐
per content and metallographic structure. The effect of powder on the uniformity of molybdenum copper alloy
with high copper content is analyzed. The results show that when preparing molybdenum copper alloy with high
copper content by infiltration method, copper powder needs to be added during mixing in order to fully infiltrate
without pores and ensure the uniformity of composition; The agglomeration of powder has a great influence on
the microstructure uniformity. The agglomeration of molybdenum powder is easy to cause the enrichment of mo‐
lybdenum particles, and the agglomeration of copper powder is easy to cause the enrichment of copper, which
affects the microstructure uniformity of molybdenum copper alloy with high copper content.
