Abstract：The WC-10Co4Cr cermet coating was prepared on the 304 stainless steel substrate with a supersonic flame (HVAF) inner hole spray gun. The results show that the surface roughness of the WC-10Co4Cr coating is Ra1.3μm. Under different angles of attack, WC-10Co4Cr The erosion resistance of -10Co4Cr coating is better than that of 304 stainless steel, and the coating has a lower corrosion current density in 3.5wt% NaCl solution, which can effectively weaken the mechanical erosion and electrochemical corrosion in the slurry erosion process .
