Abstract:Fe- based amorphous alloy coatings (Fe40Cr23Mo14C15B6Y2) were deposited by high- velocity air fuel technology. The as- sprayed coatings were heat treated under 550、600、665、716、760、811 ℃, respectively. XRD, DSC, SEM, Vickers Indenter and Electrochemical measurements were used for the investigation on structure and properties of coatings. Compared to the as- sprayed coating, precipitate composed of (Fe, Cr, Mo)- carbide was observed in heat treated coatings, which lead to the increase of hardness and decrease of corrosion resistance.
