Abstract：The microstructure of WC-12Co coating mainly depends on the spraying process. The WC-12Co coating is sprayed by activated combustion-supersonic flame spraying (H VAF). The results show that the porosity of HVAF coating is 0.6% and the surface roughness is Ra1.6, HVAF coating has lower porosity and surface roughness, and the coating structure is more uniform. During HVAF process, WC in the HVAF flame flow is not decomposed and decomposed, and the coating toughness is good, and the cracking toughness is 6Mpam1. /2, HVAF coating average hardness of 1400H V0.3.
