Abstract:The effect of process parameters on the quality factor, frequency loss and effective permeability of FeSiAl magnetic powder core were studied. The powder size, mount of insulation on binder,shaping pressure and temperatures of heat treatment of FeSiAl magnetic powder core were discussed.
