The analysis of structure and texture evolution in one time cold rolled method of high grade silicon steel

Abstract:Structure and texture evolution in one time cold rolled method of high grade silicon steel were analyzed. The results show that the structure transformed into recrystallized grain and grain grow up after normalizing annealing treatment, the difference on texture of the sub- surface and center of hot rolled plate show that the orientation first collected at {001}<110> hereabout,then turn to {112}<110> hereabout,later gradually collected at {111};Unfavorable texture components {111} of final products decreased, less than hot rolled plate and cold rolled plate.
