Abstract:The effects of annealing time on the microstructure, texture, magnetic properties and mechanical properties of 3.2wt. The results showed that when annealing at 750℃, the matrix had not recrystallized when annealing time was 28s, but when annealing time was 40s, the recrystallization process was basically completed, and the average grain size reached 24.1μm. With the increase of annealing time, the magnetic induction strength of the test steel increases gradually, the iron loss decreases gradually, and the yield strength decreases gradually. When the annealing time exceeds 32s, the yield strength decreases greatly, but the magnetic property and elongation are improved. Therefore, it is beneficial to optimize the magnetic properties and mechanical properties when the annealing time is between 32 and 36s.
