Abstract:The effect of solution treatment at 950~1 200 ℃ on microstructure and mechanical properties of cold rolling tube of UNS N06625 alloy were investigated. The results indicate that with increasing temperature of solution treatment from 950 ℃ to 1 200 ℃,the yield strength and tensile strength of alloy decrease respectively from 480 MPa and 900 MPa to 380 MPa and 810 MPa,while the elongation of alloy increases from 45% to 57.5% and grain size increases 4.0~7.0 grade; as solution treatment temperature is more than 1 100 ℃, the carbides in alloy dissolve completely. The grain size and the number of precipitated are critical factors for mechanical properties of UNS N06625 alloy.
