Abstract:Thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) technology is one of the core technologies to solve the service of aviation engine and gas turbine at high temperature. It can not only hinder thermal fuel gas, but also avoid oxidation, corrosion, erosion of foreign material on the blade caused by damage. Therefore, an in-depth study of the factors of thermal stress in the TBCs preparation is of great significance for the design, preparation and strength evaluation of TBCs, and plays an important role in the safety service of aero-engine and gas turbine. This paper reviews the research progresses in the last five years on the stress problem in the preparation of TBCs thermal spraying, including the influence of preparation technology such as spray parameter, bond coat (BC) temperature and roughness, thermal treatment, laser surface remelting on thermal stress in the point of views of theory, experiments and analysis.
